Y/N:
It's been 8 months since I recovered from Leukaemia and my life has been pretty amazing since. I know it sounds cliché but, being sick made me realise how damn lucky I am to have such amazing people and opportunities in my life.

Over the summer Mom and I went on a vacation to The Caribbean and it was incredible. We really wanted some mother-daughter time - just the two of us - because well, it was much needed.

Now I'm nearly 2 months into my junior year and it started off really well, but the exhaustion is starting to hit me. The workload is a lot more than it was last year, even with the fact that I did most of it in a hospital bed.

I haven't been sleeping much due to the endless amounts of homework, so when I woke up this morning to get ready for school I almost passed out from the lack of sleep.

The compound was pretty quiet this morning, it was just Peter, Tony and I because the others had left quite early for a mission but they'd be back tonight.

This was the first mission Mom has actually gone on since I got sick. Understandably, she became super overprotective of me and was afraid of leaving me alone. But after a lot of convincing her that I was fine, she finally agreed to go on this mission. The fact that it was only a day long comforted her because all the other missions the team has had so far have been at least a week long.

I also started training again last week which could contribute to my exhaustion. I've never 'officially' been an avenger - I wanted to wait until I was finished with school - but I've been training with the team since I was 11.

"Hey Pete, hey Stank." I say as I walk into the kitchen to have breakfast. "Morning Y/N." Peter smiles enthusiastically. Gosh he's such a morning person it makes me sick. "Morning mini Romanoff." Tony glares. He hates when I call him that, but I do it to annoy him. And annoying Tony brings me a lot of joy.

"Can you please drive us to school today Mr Stark? I don't feel like catching the bus." Peter asks politely. "Of course. I'm happy to drive you, but Y/N here is walking." He says pointing his finger at me. "Hey, that's not fair!" I whine. "Stop calling me Stank and I'll drive you." He laughs. "Fine." I roll my eyes.

School felt like it went on forever today and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in History class because I don't remember half of what was happening.

As soon as I get home I had a shower and took a nap before I started on my homework.

Accidentally, I must have fallen asleep for at least 4 to 5 hours because when I was woken up by my mom it was dark outside. "Hi детка." She she's quietly. "Sorry for waking you, I just wanted you to know I was home." She smiles. "Hi Мама, how did the mission go?" I ask in a croaky voice. "It was good. We got everything we needed. How was your day?"
"Same, same. I'm really tired today. I think all the training and homework is catching up to me." I chuckle quietly. She nods in agreement, "That's to be expected. Have you eaten since school?" Mom asks. "No, I just came upstairs and had a nap." I admit.

She frowns at this, knowing that I'm not one to sleep during the day, but I was really tired.

Her hand reaches to my forehead and she bites on the inside of her cheek. "You're a bit warm honey, let's go downstairs and get you some medicine and then we can have dinner." She says. As much as she tries to hide it, I can hear the anxiety in her voice. I haven't had a fever in months and I know that she's worried, but it's nothing. I don't even feel sick, just tired.
