Shalini and Avi got ready to meet the Srilankan president. The meeting was to happen in Colombo.
Avi corrected his shirt when she walked down with a smile. "Kelamblama?" She asked. "Nee indha chudidar ah ellam maathave matiya?" He questioned. "Idhuku enna korachail?" She asked back. "Ellame dhan." He told with a pout. "Unnaku porama!!" She teased and he pouted facepalming.
They took a private charter flight to Colombo. "Paah!! Indha City eh oru maari nalla vibe ah irruku la Avinasheyy?" Shalini asked, watching the city from the car window. "Yeah, oru unofficial honeymoon ku nalla Edam dhan." He told earning a glare from her. He smiled sheepishly for that. Shalini hid her chuckle turning to the other side.

After check-in at the hotel, "Sir unga room key." Shalini told. "Adha yen ma piruchu pesra, Namma room nu sollalam la?" He asked. "Illa sir, idhu unga room, enodadhu pakkathu floor la." She told and he frowned. "Appo adha cancel pannitu en room ku va." He told. "Adhellam mudiyadhu, room share... Adhuvum unga kooda... No no no no... Mudiyadhu." She told. "Appo room ku pay panna un salary la lirndhu cut pannava?" He asked and she gasped, "Seven starred hotel la vandhu ipdi sonna enna Avi panradhu?" She asked him. "Naa sonna maari, enkoodave irru." He told.
"Ellam en neram." She cursed under her breath making him chuckle.

Avi was lying flat on the bed while Shalini was working. "Dei CM eyy!! Naliku sodhapama andha Tamil Nadu fisherman pathi pesirvala?" She asked. He locked his hands with her as they moved around the city. "Ippo naa edhuku Avinasheyy unga kooda?" She whined. "Ada pesama vaa ma." He told. At first they went to all the places listed in the website. They started with a Buddhist temple. Avinash noticed Shalini not indulgent in praying. "Enna Achu?" He asked. "Ennaku Kadavul nambika illa Avinash." She told. "Aprom Kovil ku ellam pora?" He questioned. "Amma solluvanga nu dhan." She told walking as he walked beside under the scorching sun. "Yen?" (Her eyes mist up)" "Adhukaprom en life thala keela maariduchu." She confessed.
"Shalini unnaku Kadavul nambika illama illa, unnaku Kadavul mela kovam. Naa idha ketten aana nee panla nu oru kovam." He told and she glared at him. "Avaru unnaku oru vishyam panla na avaru illanu meaning illa, adha vida better ah unnaku kuduka poraru nu meaning." He told and she began searching something. "Enna thedura?" He asked. "Engayachu periya maram irruka nu thedren." She told. "Edhuku?" He questioned. "Unnaku adhuku adila okkandhu karuthu solla easy ah irrukum la? Adhuku dhan!!" She told and he began giggling to it.
"Seri next enga porom?" Avi asked. "Museum." She told with dreamy eyes while Avi frowned. "Enna achu?" She asked. "Onnum illa, polam." He told with a false bright smile.
Avi watched Shalini get excited by the things she saw in the museum while he yawned under the mask and sulkily walked behind her. 'Husband and wife first time vera country ku vandhirkambodhu panra velaya da idhu?' Avi asked himself and frowned while she smiled and goofed around pulling an uninterested Avinash around. Once they were finally out of it, the sun had almost began setting. "Avinasheyy!! Next namma innoru museum polama? Idhu jolly ah irruku la?" She exclaimed smiling. "Innoru museum ah?!!" Avi exclaimed in shock. "Po di!!" He then yelled. "Po di ah?" She asked backed. "Pinna Namma enna retirement kaprom tour ah vandhirkom? Kovil museum nu sutha?" He asked back.
"Vera enga Avinash poganum?" She asked and he smirked. "The night is young Shalini." He told. "I don't drink Avi." She responded. "I never told anything about drinking, aana neeye ivalo Kenji kekura, we will go to a club don't worry but adhuku munnadi let's eat something, pasikudhu, adhuku aprom nalla saaputu we'll find a good club... Idea epdi?" He asked. "Kevalama irruku." Shalini responded. "Very good, vaa implement panlam." He told making her glare.
The duo then went out to have fun snacks, dry ice biscuits which caused smoke, icecreams, coffees, wraps and almost anything they found exciting. Hanging out with him was not half as bad as she thought it would be. Solli vaya moodla, he got her to a night club.
"Avi neenga ponga, Naa tirumba room ke poren." She told but he held her wrist. "Shalini, un life la nee un siblings kaga neraiya vishyam sacrifice pannirka, adhula onnu quitting your college life halfway." "You lost your youth trying to be the breadwinner of your family, (she blinks away her tears)... I just want to give it back to you. En wife ku endha regrets um irruka koodadhu." He told looking into her misty eyes. She just hugged him wordlessly. Avi fluttered to it, it was always him giving an unannounced hug, but recieving it felt nice to him as well.
She pulled back and thanked him as he guided her forward.
He pulled her to the dancefloor, both of them shaking a leg in the crowd. Avi slipped in a few drinks, not much to get him tipsy. Shalini decided to get a mocktail while Avi continued to goof around dancing as obviously he was the chick magnet.
Shalini cursed the women who flirted with him mentally. 'Oru paiyan ah vittu veka maatangla? Ivanga ellam anna thambi oda porakala?' she thought and pouted. "What can I get the pretty lady?" A guy asked her. "Nothing." She voiced out. "Ooh you seem to be in a bad mood, why don't we drink it off?" He offered. "Bad mood ah?!! Naa yenda bad mood la irrukanum? Avan yaar kooda dance aaduna ennaku enna vandhuchu?" She asked back angrily. "Oh okay okay... Calm down... If you are happy... Adha celebrate panna drink panlama?" He offered. "Dei nee kudikradhu laye dhan irrupiya?" She asked back making him chuckle. "Manufacturing defect." He told earning a chuckle.
He offered her a drink, "I don't drink." She told politely. He gave her a half smile, "Which guy has a heart to leave this beautiful young innocent woman to go and flirt with others?" He asked and she rolled her eyes. "In case you change your mind, the drink is still on the counter." He told placing it beside her and walking away. Shalini then watched how the women clung onto him like lizards, him holding their waist and dancing. She let out a long sigh and drank the martini that the mystery guy had left for her and placed the empty glass on the counter followed by several of them, leaving her huffing, angry and drunk.
