Shuichi Saihara

Shuichi is an absolute sweetheart to you. He will bring you food when you're hungry, tissues when you have a runny nose, and holds your hand as you fall asleep. It's like having a guardian angel who always wears a hat to cover up his hair.

K1-B0/Keebo

Keebo doesn't understand what it's like to be sick, so he ended up bombarding you with questions about what it was like to experience it- you placated him for a while, but had to send him off eventually since all you wanted to do was fucking sleep.

When you woke up later, you jump a little upon seeing Keebo was standing in your room holding something in his hands. He apologizes for scaring you but he didn't want to wake you up. He had asked Kaede for some advice on how to make you feel better, and she helped him make you some chicken noodle soup. You eagerly accepted with a thank you kiss, and an assertion that he's lucky he's never gonna get sick- it absolutely sucks.

Rantaro Amami

Rantaro's softer side comes out when you're sick. He'll make sure to check in on you, always picks up the phone when you call, and brings you things to make you feel better. He doesn't seem to care if he gets sick either since he's not shy about kissing you or cuddling when you're feeling really bad. It's really sweet.

Ryoma Hoshi

Ryoma isn't great at comforting people, but he tries his hardest with you. He'll make sure you have everything you need, brings you your overdue homework, and will even bring his cat over which always makes you feel better. It's nice to see Ryoma's more sweet side come out.

Korekiyo Shinguji

Contrary to what people might think, doctors get sick less than the average population. This means you rarely get sick, but when you do, it's bad. This time was no exception. You picked up a nasty case of the flu from one of your patients, which left you bedridden. Kiyo took it upon himself to act as your personal doctor, insisting it was the least he could for you since you "did so much to help others" something that was true, but you weren't used to hearing. Kiyo kept his promise and made sure you were comfortable, fed, hydrated, and given ancient medicines to help you (he was very fond of Mesopotamian herbal remedies). Funnily enough, his alternative medicine shit seemed to help you a lot when you recovered, and soon enough, the flu faded and you were back to normal.

Gonta Gokuhara

Gonta is a literal angel of a human being which means he is practically your own personal nurse when you're sick. He calls you during lunch at school to check on you, brings you lots of food when school ends, makes sure your homework gets delivered to you, and he spends almost all his time in your dorm trying to cheer you up- whether that meant telling you bug facts or just cuddling you as you watched a movie together didn't matter, he always made sure you had everything you needed.

Kokichi Oma

Kokichi doesn't lay off his annoying antics when you're sick unfortunately. Most of the time you want to be alone when sick, so you tend to not answer any phone calls you get. This leads to people worrying about you since they can't get a hold of you, and you have to do damage control later. Kokichi is no different. When you don't answer the phone, he'll raid your room and annoy you. Luckily he'll actually try and make you feel better in his own way- whether that meant doing the "here comes the airplane" thing while he tries to feed you, or tickling you as you cuddle varies depending on his mood.
