Ariella's P. O. V:Arthur, Merlin and I leave and Arthur grabs the torch in a bracket on the wall on the way out.
Suddenly, my husband hisses, "There!"
"Where?!" Arthur and I exclaim as we rush up to him.
Merlin holds his hand up and his shadow moves along with his movement. Mine and Arthur's shadows were on the wall, too.
"Oh... it's just our shadows."
I sigh in annoyance and whack him upside the head, causing Merlin to cry out.
"Thank you, Ari," Arthur says, before we continue down the corridor. Arthur opens the door at the end and we walk into a dim room, standing before the closed door at the other end. We hear someone on the other side, and Arthur holds out his arm for us to stop.
The door creaks open as Arthur and I reach for our weapons, only to pause at the sight of Leon and Naomi.
"Arthur, Merlin, Ari," Leon and Naomi greet. Naomi is wearing a beautiful purple dress that Leon had bought for her after they'd gotten married.
"Leon, Naomi," We say in unison.
Leon asks the King, "Is everything alright, My Lord?"
"It's perfectly fine," Says Arthur. "We're... Merlin, Ari, tell Leon and Naomi what we're doing."
