Fun Facts About Ariella

I thought it would be fun to post some facts about Ariella here, in case they aren't all mentioned in the story.

*Ariella's full name means: lion of god rose (of a rosy colour) morning star, and Ariella is a variant spelling of Ariel, with the same meaning. And her Druid name, Cordelia, means heart or daughter of the sea(-god), Jewel of the Sea.

*Ariella loves singing, dancing and reading, her most favourite genres being fantasy and romance.

*She can play a lot of instruments, but her favourite is the guitar.

*Her favourite animals are horses and cats.

*Ariella's favourite colours are pink and purple.

*She's kind of based off of Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail.

*Her favourite weapon is the sword (any kind, really).

*Ariella has always only wanted to be Arthur's friend, not his wife, because she knew Merlin was coming, and instantly knew, that one day, she would end up marrying him.

*It was love at first sight for Ariella and Merlin.

*Ariella had gotten Luna as a birthday gift from Eric when she was thirteen. Aurelia had been a birthday gift from her father, one year before.

*Ariella has had three horses throughout the series: Aurelia, Pegasus and Black Beauty, who was named after the horse from the popular children's classic by Anna Sewell, but Ariella has only ever had one cat.

*Ariella is extremely protective of her chocolates, so she'll threaten anyone (even, her brother, the King and Queen of Camelot) should they steal the last of them. Arthur learned it the hard way during the summers they'd visit each other, when Ariella broke his nose after she'd found out Arthur had stolen the last of her chocolates. Morgana had just laughed at the time. Gwaine was narrowly spared the same fate—or similar—during a past quest, when they were camping. Ariella had just chased him around with her dagger.

*Ariella is usually kindhearted, unless you harm any of her loved ones.

*Ariella's favourite crystal is rose quartz, as she's seen wearing it frequently throughout the show.

*Ariella and Eric get along really well. They look out for each other and protect each other, as they had done since their mother's death.

*Ariella is right handed.

*Ariella has a thirst for knowledge, so she has a fair amount on both the magical and non magical worlds, and is always eager to learn more about healing.

*Ariella is an expert in armed combat, meaning she can use any weapon with ease.

*Ariella may dislike Arthur in the beginning, but only because she didn't want to marry him out of duty. But Ariella would tear apart the entire world just to find the person who would dare hurt her friend and King.

*Ariella believes in second chances.

*She prefers to be called Ari or Ariella instead of by her titles all the time, because Ariella hates formalities, and she believes that even servants deserve to be treated as equals.
