~If I believe in love

And you believe in love

Then we can be in love somehow

If you want the best for us

Like I want the best for us

Then we gotta learn to trust right now~

Morning in New York, Time to wake up from Bad dreams, roll out of the beds we've made and start making plans for a brighter future.

Elizabeth stood in front of her bathroom mirror. Nate stood behind her.

"Too bad you had to move into the Columbia dorms" she said.

"Sneaking you in could be fun" he said kissing her cheek. "So, what is on the agenda today?"

"Meeting with the band at the shop." She said "Our first meeting since getting back"

"Are they all deferring a year too?"

"No" she said "Which is a bit of a snag but I'm Elizabeth Humphrey. I can get over any roadblock"

"That you can" he said.

"Have fun at class" she said kissing him and leaving. She got to the coffee shop and saw no one there to meet her. But she did love that it was busy.

"Hey boss" Matt said handing her a coffee.

"Drew here? We're having a band meeting, right?"

"Drew called and said he had a class thing so he told me to tell you he cancelled it"

"Why didn't he tell me?" she said.

"Don't know" he said "Oh hey other boss"

Elizabeth turned around and saw Carter.

"Beth is the only boss here. I'm more of just a financial advisor"

"Okay" Matt said.

"Hey stranger" she said as they walked to the back office

"Hey. So now that you aren't going to school, you have all this free time. What is that like?"

"No free time. I am always eating, drinking and sleeping music or on the ice. Plus running this place, but with the best employees in the world it does run itself most days."

"It's funny you know. About 5 years ago I met you right here in this exact shop and you told me that you took your S.A.T.s early because you wanted to make sure you got the best score because you might need it to get into school incase dancing and music didn't work out"

"Like you said that was 5 years ago. I was a different person then."

"What changed?"

"I fell in love with this guy who taught me there is more in life than a textbook. So you should blame him" she replied. "Oh wait, you"

"What an asshole" he joked and they both laughed.

"Yeah he is" she smiled.

"I should tell you something" he said.
