Bey sat in her plush white robe kicking her feet as she looked through the catalog of shots available .

"That looks weird . How is that even comfortable?" Jay asked as he looked over her shoulder to get a better look . "I mean why can't we can't just do the basic stuff?" Jay asked confused .

"Because this is our first preg- I mean baby " Bey corrected ."And I want it to be perfect" Bey smiled. Just the idea of a maternity shoot brought tears of joy to her eyes , the thought of holding her baby and showering her with love motivation for waking up every morning .

Before Jay could respond the photographer announced that she was ready for them.

When Jay noticed Bey taking off her robe his eyes bulged , not believing what he saw or more importantly what he wasn't seeing.

"I thought girls wore fitted dresses or something " he questioned as he watched her cover her swollen breast with her hands as she used the other to pull at her flesh covered panties . "You sure you don't want to wear pants?" He Asked as she moved to her spot .

Of course she looked gorgeous , casting her own sunlight everywhere she went because of her natural glow , but he'd rather save all of this for private moments between them , for his eyes only .

"Okay were going to start off with simple shots with you two before we do the black and and white gender reveal for the cameras , does that sound good ?" Melina asked as She thought of a few poses they could start with .

Bey nodded as she took her stance on the "x" tape and took a deep breath , her nerves leaving as she felt her husbands body heat and arms wrap around her . Being engulfed in his arms was her favorite place , her second home.

"Are my hands cold ? She's moving a lot " Jay observed as he gently pressed on the spots with the most activity .

"Just like that " Melina called out as she continued to snap away getting off guards of the couple speaking and interacting naturally . She wasn't a fan of normal pictures or fake smiles . She could feel the love from where she stood and she knew that these pictures were absorbing the palpable emotions as well .

"Lean in a bit more " she instructed from a difference as she moved around them to get angles .

The couple switched positions until it was time to bring out the paint and the jeans they'd be doing wearing so it would look a bit more appropriate when they passed these out at their party .

To be fair Jay was blinded as bey dipped his hands in the pan of cool paint .

"Damn Bey " he complained when the wet slime oozed down his fingers and arms .

"I told you not to wear your good clothes " Bey laughed as she lead him by his arm over to their next set up which consisted of a black back drop and a sheet to catch the paint along with a stool she wouldn't be using because her ankles weren't hurting or swollen yet .

"You ready ?" She Asked as she lifted his hands and positioned a wet palm on either side of her growing belly .

He he kissed the top of her head his blindfold was removed and Melina had moved back to her spot to capture his initial reaction .

"1,2,3 " She Called Out as she peered though her lens .

"I thought you said it was a girl ?" Jay asked with an unsure face as he lifted his Blue stained hands .

"Because she is " Bey smirked .

"Then why Bl- You picked  my name ?!" Jay yelled excitedly as he sank to his knee with tears in his eyes as he kissed her belly over and over while Melina lifted her camera to get an overhead shot .

"Hey Blue Ivy , it's just us " Jay smiled as he Bey rubbed through his hair with her acrylics , not trusting herself not to cry if she joined in . "Your parents " Jay finished .
