"Stay Still " Bey whisper yelled as she tried to turn her boyfriends shirt into one of those fancy prep bit sweater things she'd seen on TV growing up .
"We don't have to too fancy " Jay said tried to back up some . "Just fancy enough to get in . I don't know why you wanna eat in such a snooty place anyway " he said smacking his lips .

Bey gave him an "are you serious ?" Look , squinting her eyes at him as she completely stopped what she was doing.
Jay gulped , suddenly remembering all the times his mother had given them that look .
"You promised me the best seafood ever and this place has 6 stars ,We're GOING " she Clarified . "Why do you wear stuff like this when you have enough money to own a suit shop ?" Bey laughed .
Apparently the restaurant they wanted to go to had a dress code and Jay was literally the ONLY one out of order .
She took longer than usual getting dressed ( she really was just sitting under the shower spray having a world tour concert in her shower ) so she let him get dressed on his own for once and this is the best he came up with .

She spent half and hour of looking through all his bags for a pair slacks , dark fitted jeans , or a dress shirt she found nothing but mor cargo shorts and basic white or graphic tees . She was happy her man didn't let money change him , but it wouldn't kill him to spend his money on something other than casual clothing .
"What happened to the cuff links I bought you for your birthday ?" Bey Asked as she unfolded the sweater and started over trying to remember how to crease it.
"They're in my suits "he admitted .
