A quirky girl picks up a handsome and charming hitchhiker and develops an instant crush. They have the proverbial one-night-stand. They part and go on with their lives. Almost....
- It kind of starts cliché with MC taking a stranger into a car during a nasty storm, but it soon turns into unique experience. Both characters are more human than in most of the romance books, showing shyness, embarrassment, excitement, and inner thoughts you can relate too. Every reader will have a chance to peek into their pasts as well. The other thing that caught my interest (alongside with nice grammar and storytelling) was love scene that was just lovely (pun intended). If you think no bed scene can be done without explicit words and swearing, you should read this book and see for yourself it can be done on a masterly level! (Witto150)
