Standing less than ten feet away, Uriel's grandeur figure was hovering off the ground. His six bright fiery red wings were spread out behind him. The two of them were about to move and make their way over to Uriel but was stopped by Bael. Bael held his arm out, "My King."

Kasimir was about to scold Bael, but he closed his mouth and grabbed Adriel and jumped out of the way. He erected a barrier just after he landed, and blocked the attack just on time. A wave of white light had rushed over and slammed into their shield, it made the wave split into two. But things didn't end there though, Uriel continued to shoot out spells easily. It was as if it was nothing more than just taking a few short breaths.

Like a line up of soldiers in line, spells were consecutively fired at them. Barrages of light arrows and serpents flew at their direction, their intent clearly was to kill.

Ping

Ping

They had failed to penetrate against Kasimir's defense and the arrows were reflected onto another direction upon contact, while the serpents disintegrated into nothing. Uriel didn't let up and kept on the onslaught against them. Wave after wave of spells were sent in their directions.

Boom

Boom

Boom

The ground shook beneath their feet from the impact. The dust clouds had pervaded thoroughly into the air and obscured everything in sight. It rose high and thick enough where one couldn't see less than three feet away. Kasimir didn't want to hurt Uriel, and so he only defended and didn't attack. The same could be said for Adriel, but he could still try and use restriction spells.

Adriel's casting speed was on par with Uriel's, but he did not the energy to keep up and sustain his casting speed. He casted multiple restricting spells, but after a while the number of spells casted decreased. His restrictions barely got within three feet of Uriel before they disintegrated from him collapsing Adriel's spells.

Uriel pushed them farther and farther back. As they were being cornered, Bael made a decisive action and attacked. He disappeared and reappeared behind Uriel. His hands were consumed by a black flame and he struck downwards.

As if he had eyes behind his head, Uriel gripped onto Bael's hand without any hesitation and tossed him towards the barrier. Bael's eyes widened at Uriel's ridiculous strength. He was already the strongest of the legions of demon under Kasimir and Lucifer, but here he was thrown like he was a sack of cotton candy. Forced to extending his hidden wings to protect himself, he flapped his wings and stopped his momentum. Two black feathery wings had sprouted from his back.

Though he might not be Uriel's match, he could not let the Son of Lucifer come to harm before he could lead the demons to victory. This time his whole body was enveloped in the black flames. As he was about to sprint off and launch another strike, Kasimir stopped him. Kasimir, "Halt your actions, Bael. You cannot harm him."

Dodging the incoming arrows, Bael couldn't believe that Kasimir would not strike back. He questioned him, "Why not, my King? He aims to kill, not to injure you."

Kasimir's voice turned frigid and cold, "Follow my orders or leave."

Bael froze for a second and relented to his King's orders. His flames retracted and dissipated into the air. He weaved his way in the air to evade the spells. It was at a unnecessary standstill, with Adriel and Kasmiri they could subdue Uriel. Especially with the Mark of Enthrall, but the two were passive. They could not bear to harm Uriel.

Uriel could feel the sweet liquid coming up his throat, his time was trickling away. He did not have anymore to play this siege game with them. Using 80% of his remaining energy, Uriel invoked a large scaled spell. A large pale golden magic circle appeared in the sky, it encompassed more than half of the city.
