Kevin ~ * his pov * This can't be happening ... Just yesterday we were talking about our future . Involving little ones running around the house , always being my side through tough times .. and this happens . A stupid accident . It's time" I felt the doctors hand on my shoulder as I felt so weak trying to stand up . Why couldn't I go first .. He helped me up as my fist were balled up wanting to hit something . I looked down at her . Just lying there without making a simple sound . "Come back to me" I spoke to myself hoping grace and fate would come in right now . The doctor started to escort me out "Please don't touch me" When she first opened the door , I didn't know doors could make a moaning sound . I turned my head slowly hearing the heart rate monitor beeping picking up a pulse . Y/N .. I saw her fingers swipe against her sheets as her eyes opened slowly .. I couldn't believe what I'm seeing "Baby" I choked up trying to hide my forming tears . She looked at me forming a very weak smile "Hey" < 3

Devin ~ After the nurse announced you had lost your memory you found it insane . Crazy . The same guy looked at you but with a hurtful glance , it's not your fault you can't recall meeting him . "Y/N" You were now panicking "Stay away from me" You held out your arm awaring him to stay right there . "I'm not going to hurt you" He spoke softly calming you down a little "I think you need to leave so we can run more test" The nurse suggested "No, she's my girlfriend who was hit by car today. Just because she don't remember me won't make me regret being here for not even one second. I know the old her is still in there somewhere" He looked at you the whole time he was speaking to her . You could feel the connection between you two as you two exchanged stares . "I'm your girlfriend?" You asked "Yeah" You nodded your head "I don't remember you, not even your name" "I'm Devin, the guy who got mad at you earlier for no reason" You looked down playing with your blanket "It could take months for your memory to regain, she won't know anything until then" "Then I'll work with her everyday so she can atleast remember me" He still looked at you . He seems as if he really cared and loved you , he's hurting right now and you couldn't change that even if you tried . You just couldn't remember . "All I need is for you to say okay and I will be by your side" You looked down and then back at him , hopefully you weren't going to regret this "Okay" < 3
