I wake up alone on the couch hearing dad and pepper yelling at each other.
"Oh my god tony you're going to be late!" Pepper yells handing him his suit
"Late for what!?!" Dad says oblivious as to what is happening
"Big meeting today about the tower!? Why can you remember these things" Pepper sighs face palming
"Because I have you to remember them for me" he winks and runs upstairs
"Pepper what's going on" I ask rubbing my eyes
"Oh y/n good morning dear" she says sweetly
"Can you brush my hair?" I ask after getting my fingers stuck in I️t
"Uhm well. I guess I can" she says panicky but I knew brushing my hair would calm her down
Once all the knots were out of my hair and I didn't have bed head pepper seemed to be content
"Okk I am ready" dad says rushing down the stairs doing his tie
"Ok what about y/n?" Pepper asks him
"What about her" dad says
"She can't come with me I'm going to work" pepper shrugs
"But she cant come-" dad says but he stops mid sentence and stares at me
"Ok y/n are you ready to attend your first ever business meeting!" Dad says doing his fake excited face
"Can I sit in a spinny chair!" I exclaim
"You can sit in any chair you want" dad smiles and picks me up
"You're taking her with you? In her pajamas!?" Pepper asks
"Yeah why not. Kids comfy" dad shrugs and we go out to the nice car waiting for us
It's not that long of a car ride till we stop at a large building with a lot of people with cameras
"I'm sure they're excited to see you" dad smiles down at me before opening the door and waving
He turns back around and pick me up shielding me from the flashes
"Mister stark!! What's the purpose of moving to New York!"
"Is iron man related to this random move?"
"How's the daughter fitting into your life"
"Are you and Pepper an item?"
I'm surprised how easily dad walked straight by these people without saying a thing
We enter an elevator and go up 10 floors the doors open with a ding. We go into a large room full of other men in suits.
"Let's get this meeting started!" Dad says and everyone stares at us
"Anthony. Late again and you brought a child?!" One man says
"She's an intern." Dad jokes making me laugh but they all seem unamused.
"Look guys I get I️t but can we please focus here I mean come on the amount of unprofessionalism!" Dad jokes around and winks at me
He gives me a paper and pen as the meeting starts. I doodle for a while but I get really bored.
I write a note on the paper and pass I️t to tony
Wanna play Rock Paper Scissors?
He writes back and passes the paper
