I run down the hall picking up my dress as I go.
"Rhodey! RHODEY!" I yell down the hall
"I can't find him I'm sorry y/n" He runs over out of breath
"Of course he goes missing on his wedding day" I huff frustrated
*10 hours earlier*
"Good morning dad!" I smile pushing open the door to my parents room with his favorite breakfast made.
I walk in to see tony knocked out.
"Dad! Today's the day!!" I set the breakfast down and tell Friday to open the windows. The shades open and light floods in which wakes dad up
"And today would be What again?" He mumbles waking up
"Now is not the time to be hungover" I roll my eyes
"You're the one who suggested I went out for drinks. What's the phrase you used? Letting off steam?" Dad says
"Don't be a smart ass" I laugh
"Language" dad huffs getting up
"Come on eat. It's your wedding day" I sit in his bed next to him
"It's early" he yawns checking the time
"Yeah it is" I laugh pulling out the camcorder
"What are you doing with that old thing"dad chuckles as I start recording
"Say hi dad! It's your wedding day" I smile as he poses for the camera
I end the recording and play it back
"What else do you got on that thing?" He asks watching me
"Everything! Haha. Wedding planning, bachelor party" I smile
"I wanna see!" He grabs the cam
"Dad!" I roll my eyes
"Friday show these videos" dad commands and the projector comes on putting the videos on the wall
"Look it's the wedding planning!" I smile
*the video shows all of us at a table cutting out ideas, picking colors, picking cakes.*
"Steve try this one!" Dad laughs putting a finger full of frosting in Steve's mouth
"Dad! Pick a color. This blue or this blue!" I hold up 2 colors for suits
"They look the same to me- hey who are we inviting anyway?" Dad Asks
"Well dad I invited everyone you know so that should fill the whole venue." I smile
"Wow that was a good day. Did I ever end up picking any of that shit?" Dad laughs while eating
"Nah. Me and Steve picked most of it" I smile changing it to the next video
*we are in a suit shop for fittings. Dad can't stop looking at dresses*
"Oh come on y/n!!" Dad whines
"I'd look ravishing in this" he says dramatically holding a dress up to himself
"You'd look amazing in it" I laugh as he dances around
"Or should I go for a blush color?" He gasps picking up another dress
"Dad really? We need to get suits" I laugh
"Fine. Fine" he scoffs
"These are so embarrassing." Dad laughs
"I'll get the whole wedding on this thing" I smirk
