"Sunglasses?" I ask aloud
"Check" Pietro nods
"Swimsuits?"
"Check"
"Passports?"
"Check"
"Camcorder and charger?"
"Check and check"
"Wow, okay. I think we're fully packed" I sigh feeling relieved
"Wow and it only took us all day" Pietro chuckles
He's probably sick of me stressing over something so simple like packing
"Can't you wait to be in Europe, together! No problems or saving the world!" I smile leaning into his side
"I'm sure you'll find some way to save someone even if you're on vacation" he kisses my head softly
"Haha think of all the gorgeous sights to see" I say waving my hand dramatically in the air
"Just us... and your brothers class" Pietro laughs a little
"I already talked to dad about that, he has us put up in a nice hotel. Apparently peter is staying somewhere else" I shrug
"You're going to get worried about him though!" Pietro gasps sarcastically
"I know!! That's what I'm worried about" I laugh
"I'm sure we will be fine" he hugs me
*-Family meeting, I repeat- family meeting!-*
Dads voice booms over the intercom
"I guess we should see what that's all about" I laugh
We run to the kitchen to find my parents, Peter, Harley, Sam and Bucky
"Hey Sam and Bucky are here too" I smile
"No fair they have milkshakes" Peter whines
"Make your own spider boy" Bucky sticks his tongue out playfully
"Ahem! Thank you all for coming Steve and I wanted to let you all know we are leaving tonight to go to the lake house" dad smiles excitedly
"Tonight? But we leave tomorrow" I say confused
"We know that but you guys are big kids and can make it to the school on time, right?" He asks
"Right" we all respond
"We will be taking Monty and Danny to the house with us" dad nods
"Anything else you would like to declare father?" Harley asks bored of the conversation
"Oh! Sam and Bucky are in charge when we leave" dad smiles
"What!?" Peter yells
Sam and Bucky high five
"Steve and I want a vacation too, who knows it might become permanent" dad smiles at Steve grabbing his hand
"So best behavior tomorrow and we will say goodbye to you guys before we leave tonight" Steve nods
"Cool" Harley spins his chair around and gets up to leave
"I think dad and pops are really retiring this time" I say quietly to Pietro as dad talks to Steve
"Why do you think that?" Pietro asks
"I have a good feeling about it... they always wanted the simple life together" I smile softly
