Aster had assembled the Mewni Council. It consisted of the three queens, plus Aster, the Magical High Commission, Eternity, Glossaryck, and Asmodeus. They were in one of the large meeting rooms in Butterfly Castle, with Aster at the front of the room.
"I've called this meeting because I believe there's a new threat to Mewni's safety. Earth." - A
He said, making Moon gasp in surprise. Everyone else just looked confused, except for Hekapoo who agreed.
"Exhibit A. The Pan Dimensional Vortex Inducer." - A
He put the box down on the table for everyone to see.
"This little can is dangerous?" - Eclispa
She said while poking it with her wand.
"It's the first successful attempt at creating portals between dimensions. Currently, it's unstable and opens huge portals that would cause too much destruction for anyone to actually use it." - A
"But even then, this proves humans are learning. In a couple years from now, who's to say they won't find their way here?" - Hekapoo
"Dimensional scissors would become obsolete. And we'd have no way of tracking portals that aren't magic based. Even Tranmoorfidian crystals might not be as effective." - A
Tranmoorfidian crystals were what Meteora used at St Olga's to prevent portals from being opened in the area.
"To think Earth has advanced so much in the last few centuries..." - Moon
She said while inspecting the PDVI.
"Exhibit B. The Molecular Muscle Enhancer." - A
He put the ring on the table.
"This ring can grant anyone who wears it incredible strength. If it was mass produced-" - A
"The Solarian Warriors..." - Moon
She mumbled, recognizing the potential something like this had. Mewni had created something similar in the last, the Solarian Warrior Program. Except instead of just muscles, they used magic to create flying, fearless, absolute warriors. Only one was still alive, Mina.
The atmosphere in the room became even more serious. Everybody in the room knew what they were capable of to some extent. Especially the Magical High Commission, who were around when they were active.
"Just like the PDVI, in a few years, they could find ways to replicate our magic in new forms. The fire breath of dragons, the regeneration of hydras, the flight of three eyed crows." - A
"What are we sitting around for? We should find whoever's making these things and crystallize them!" - Rhombulus
"It's not that simple. If we did that, we could unintentionally start a war Earth may not have even considered. We have atleast a few years to plan and prepare." - Moon
"Yeah, I've seen this PDVI in action in the old QuestBuy dimension. It's not as good as my scissors, but it's still a dangerous weapon as it is. It's like a black hole in a box." - Hekapoo
"Exhibit C." - A
He created an illusion of the mecha that Drakken made.
"This armor was made on Earth, and could be piloted from the inside. Just like the Solarian Warrior's giant armor suits. It's not only super durable, but has weapons built into it." - A
"Exhibit D." - A
He showed an illusion of the various magic items he'd uncovered on Earth.
"Earth had magic, just like Mewni. It may even be strong enough to rival our own. Teleportation, invisibility, cat powers, shapeshifting. All of it can be found on Earth. I've been able to contain as many of these items as I can, and even absorbed some of it myself. But these items could be used against us if they fell into the wrong hands." - A
"Enough. We get it. Earth is a threat. But what can we do? War isn't an option right now. And peace between races hasn't exactly worked out well in the past." - Meteora
"We prepare. There are people on Earth that are more than happy to ally with us. We have similar ideals. And they have resources on Earth. We can use that to bring some of Earth's technology here. Earth has science and magic, we only have magic. It's time to level the playing field." - A
"And what do you intend to do if we do go to war? Who's side will you be on?" - Omni
He asked, questioning Aster's loyalties. He'd grown up on Mewni, but he'd also learned that almost everything about his life had been a lie. He'd grown attached to Earth, and has countless friends there. Maybe even more than he does in Mewni.
"...I would stand with the side that I agree with. But I want to make it clear to everyone in this room, I will not tolerate an unnecessary attack on Earth when they haven't provoked us. If that happens, then I won't hesitate to fight for Earth." - A
"Then how can we trust you?" - Rhombulus
"You don't have to trust me. Trust yourselves to do the right thing and not start a war nobody is asking for." - A
Moon sighed, feeling stressed about this whole thing.
"What kind of technologies are you thinking of implementing?" - Moon
"Everything. And if we're fortunate, we may even be able to combine magic and science." - A

Over the next few months, Aster helped Global Justice and Section Thirteen make contact with the Mewni Council, and they made a deal.
The two organizations would help modernize Mewni, in exchange for some of Mewni's unique resources. Mewni was filled with unique flora and fauna. And the two organizations were practically drooling when they discovered Mewni's magic gemstone mines.
Within a few days, they'd created a few prototype weapons out of the gemstones. Such as magic guns that used the gemstones as fuel, or bracelets that could expand into a full shield. And if Aster continued to gather Earth's greatest scientists together, he may even be able to make his own Wakanda.
Though if he wanted it to be even more accurate, he could modernize the Muntab city, though they seemed pretty happy with the way things were.
