day 1

After lunch Tim requested everyone in the games room that Hana had discovered while they were sent to look around the house.

Tim's deep blue eyes narrowed at the piece of paper where he had a rough plan of the house as he tried to label each room. He was sat on one of the bean bags on the floor as he waited for the rest of the players to turn up.

Hana was first to show since she'd been the person to find it before.

"Hello, Hana." Tim plastered a smile over his face and waved at her.

Hana's face gave away nothing for her emotions and she just nodded at him in response. She was twirling a bit of her lengthy white hair around her finger.

"A woman of few words." Tim remarked quietly. "Feel free to take a seat while we wait for the others."

It didn't take long for the rest of the players to file in, Dottie was particularly adamant on sitting next to (Y/n) which she didn't have too much of a problem with.

Tim looked around at everyone and his smile dropped. "Where's Eli?"

"Maybe he's lost." Owen shrugged, his brown eyes flicked to (Y/n). "You seen him, (Y/n)?"

(Y/n) was a bit taken aback at Owen's direct question to her but she just figured it was because they'd spoken earlier and he was more comfortable talking to her.

"Not since lunch, I can see if he's in his room if you want." She offered upon which Dottie threw her arm over (Y/n)'s shoulder.

"Hey! Don't go!" Dottie pleaded.

"It would actually be very helpful if you could fetch him." Tim ignored Dottie's begs towards the (h/c) haired woman.

All the other players watched Dottie clinging to (Y/n) with a certain curiosity at what had the brunette so attached to this other woman after knowing her only a few hours.

"I'll be quick, Dottie, I promise." (Y/n) sighed as she pried the woman off of her, much to Dottie's dismay.

"Don't get lost!" Dottie called out.

"Take this." Tim held out his unfinished map to (Y/n). "It's got all the bedrooms on there so don't worry about the blanks." He informed her.

(Y/n) thanked the blonde and then set off to find Eli, slightly regretting volunteering herself for this.

The house was somehow even more of a labyrinth while using the map, parts of it seemed wrong but then again it was probably just overly complicated.

Eli's room was supposedly on the second floor so once (Y/n) had actually located a set of stairs to take her there she knew she was at least on the right level.

The whole house while old fashioned in design was well kept. The only very modern element were the screens in every room, almost reminiscent of life under Big Brother in 1984.

Constantly being watched. Constantly being listened to.

(Y/n) was keeping her guard up, she really wanted to be able to trust the other people with her but what if they were there as part of the Gamemaster's plan. She was sure she was being paranoid but she'd just get like this in stressful situations.
