day 95

The past few days had been pretty repetitive for (Y/n). Everyone said the same thing whenever she asked why she should pick them over anyone else.

Each one for them said something along the lines of about how he or she not only loved her the most but they could also love her the best. There were a few differences in each one, Tim using his money as a one-up, Hana having an obvious edge that no one else shared along with everyone's own personal promises that would only be fulfilled if she chose them.

At the end of it all (Y/n) just felt as though she'd wasted some of her remaining time with them all, she was no closer to a final decision since they'd given her absolutely nothing new to consider. All that she heard was information she already knew.

She hadn't quite expressed this to them yet and with the clock ever ticking tensions were high between the players.

Tim stirred at the coffee in his cup while in thought, there were only five days left. Had he done enough? What else could he do at this point? What else could he tell (Y/n) that she hadn't already heard?

"Move."

Tim turned with a bitter expression to see his least favorite housemate a few paces away.

"Excuse me?"

"I need to use to coffee machine, you're in the way, idiot." Eli said.

"No, I mean 'excuse me' is a far more polite thing to say instead of demanding I move." Tim stayed put as he expressed this.

"Whatever, I want to make a coffee." The ravenette rolled his eyes and waited impatiently for Tim to move.

"Some manners never killed anyone." Tim reluctantly stepped away and was instantly shoved further back as Eli went to make his drink.

"I think we're past the point of politeness." Eli said with a sarcastic grin. "We hate each other and I'm at peace with that."

Tim sighed and went back to stirring his coffee.

"It's gonna be so much better when I'm off the island." Eli said as he pressed several buttons and pushed a coffee pod into the machine.

Tim scoffed lightly. "What?"

"When (Y/n) picks me. You and the others will be nothing more than distant memories and (Y/n) and I can start our life together." There was a certain smug tone to Eli's voice, he spoke like he wasn't even speculating and it was already confirmed that she was bringing him.

"That's... That's really funny that you think that." Tim tried to hide his genuine insecurity surrounding (Y/n) picking Eli over himself with a small smile that he hoped would portray a look of confidence.

"It's not a joke, I'm gonna get chosen. She's all over me, man... But you wouldn't get that, would you?" Eli took a self satisfied sip of his newly brewed coffee.

"I'd warn you not to get complacent... But it seems I'd be too late." Tim muttered he then gave Eli a wincing smile. "I'll allow you to believe whatever you wish-"

"I will. And I don't need your permission to do it."

Tim gripped his cup tighter. "All I'm saying is that it may not work out like that."
