The Son You Never Knew

The UA Sports Festival

As the Hall of Demons were we're busy breaking Takeo out of the transport truck, the UA sports festival was going on without, but since they didn't know the sports festival continued with the traditional games that they had, class 1A  and class 1B where are the stars of the show by showing off their impressive quirks to the audience, the first event was was a race that was quite difficult for some people but it was not for those of class 1A and 1B they easily manage to use there quirks in an advantage, in the end of the race the one that took first place was Yamato Todoroki by using his quick to make an ice snowboard, second place was his brother Funiaki Todoroki, the one that took third place was Machi Bakugou, and right behind her was Ikue Midoriya which landed him in fourth place, after that more of the students ended up showing making it to the finish line but the 15th students that made it were the only ones that were qualified to move on to the next event, the second event was an obstacle course which didn't allow the students to use, some of the students whined about it but the other half we're confident to win this even without there quirks, once the buzzard rang all of the 15 students began, all the students tried rushing through the obstacle course as fast as they could but some of them ended up failing by falling into the water below, surprisingly only one student could manage the difficult obstacles ahead and that was Machi, she used some gymnastic to guide herself around the obstacles easily which made her take first place, but behind her what's her best friend Ikue, he tried keeping up with her but in the end Machi ending up hitting the button which declared her the first place winner of the event, second place went to Ikue, third place went to Yasu Kirishima, and in fourth and fifth place was Funiaki and Yamato, and in 6th and last place was Rieko Maeda, once the second event reached its end the third and final event was then revealed as a one on one, but before that third event could happen everyone took a break so they could prepare themselves for the third and final event, the winners of the second event went inside and was greeted by their classmates and some of their family members

~Endeavor~

"FUMIAKI! YAMATO!"

The Todoroki twins where then picked up by by their grandpa and given a great big hug.

~Endeavor~

"You boys were great out there!"

~Yamato~

"Thanks Gramps."

~Fumiaki~

"Yes thank you grandfather for your praise but could you please let us go your squishing us today."

~Endeavor~

"Oh sorry about that."

Endeavor then placed both of his Grand kids down which which made them relief catch their breath that was being squeezed out of them.

~Endeavor~

"By the way you two, do you know where Kaori is?"

Once they were asked that question Fumiaki how to discussed face after hearing her name.

~Yamato~

"Well to tell you the truth Gramps, we don't know where she is."

~Endeavor~

"What?, But she's supposed to be here what's her classmates in the festival."

~Yamato~

"Yeah we know that but she wasn't at the dorms in the morning."

~Endeavor~

"Do you know where she could be?"

~Yamato~

"I'm sorry Gramps but I really don't have a clue."

~Endeavor~

"(Sigh) I see, I was hoping that I could talk to her but it seems that I cannot."

~Fumiaki~

"Enough, she chose not to be here and that's final, so let's change the subject."

~Yamato~

"Yeah Fumiaki is right, we should change the subject, so how's Grandma doing?"

~Endeavor~

"She's fine, the doctor said she'll be back on her feet again."

~Yamato~

"That's really good to hear, maybe if we have the time me and Fumiaki might come and visit her."

~Endeavor~

"She'll like that very much, especially if you could bring Kaori with you."

From hearing her name again Fumiaki ends up walking away without saying a single word.

~Yamato~

"Sorry about that Gramps, he's still not used to her."

~Endeavor~

"Just give him time, he's bound to come around soon."

~Yamato~

"Yeah we'll just have to wait, well I think I should go now and prepare myself for the next event, it was nice talking to you Gramps."

~Endeavor~

"Yes same here, I'll be rooting for you and your brother in the audience."

~Yamato~

"Thanks."

Yamato then proceeded to walk away to go prepare for the final event, but as that was going on Ikue was having a drink near the vending machine, killing against the wall with the angry expression on his face for not getting first place.

~Ikue~

"I need to win this final event and make sure everyone sees that I'm stronger than my dad, I have to win."

As he crushed his drink in his hand and threw it into the trash he heard footsteps running straight, he turns around and sees Machi.

~Machi~

"Yo Ikue."

~Ikue mind~

"Great she's the last person I want to see right."

When Mach catch up to Ikue she placed her hand on his shoulder.

~Machi~

"Man I can't believe that me and you are in the final event, ain't this exciting."

~Ikue~

"Yeah I guess."

Machi noticed that Ikue's games was not on her, instead it was focused on the ground.

~Machi~

"Hey is there something wrong?"

Ikue grabs Machi's hand and removes it from his shoulder, he then turns around.

~Ikue~

"Hey Machi I have something important to tell you."

~Machi~

"What is it?"

~Ikue~

"If me and you are paired against each other in in the final event then I don't want you to hold back give me everything you got, because I don't plan holding back myself."

From hearing Ikue say that Machi looks at him with a serious look and her hands clenched into a fist.

~Machi~

"You got it."

~Ikue~

"Good I'll see you out there."

~Machi~

"Looking forward to it."

Ikue then proceeds to walk away from Machi so he could prepare himself for the final event.
