"Do you just only watch cartoons all day," I asked as I yawned? Since we took our break he had watched nothing but that, and it had been over an hour.

"No."

"Then why have we been watching them for an hour?"

He sighed, "I don't know what you like." His voice was cold, and for some reason it made me amused. I'm so use to hearing his playful tone that this one seems foreign to me.

"You could've asked me," I said chuckling. "Why did you even stay on this channel anyway?" He looked over at me for a moment and a small smirk appeared on his face.

"You didn't object so I thought you liked them." His deep voice felt smooth as that sentence hit my ears. It made my ears feel like they were on fire, and I don't know why.

I couldn't help but think that the sentence  I heard was quite cute. He had to be aware of how it sounded. There's no way he could say something like that unintentionally.

"I don't mind them, but watching them for an hour straight will wear anyone's patience thin."

"Okay okay. I got the message." He stated flipping through the channels again, and he settled on a basketball match. I glanced over at him to see that his eyes were glued to the TV. His hair was messily laying on his head, and his eyes were still a bit red from just waking up. I couldn't help but let my eyes scan his shirtless frame.

His dark hair fell somewhat in his face, but it didn't seem to bother him. He was sitting with his legs open and he was slumped over. If any elder saw him sitting like this he would be definitely be scolded. Maybe that would be some good for him. He needs some discipline in his life.

"So you like basketball." I asked?

"Yeah" He didn't look from the TV at all. I would say that he focused more on it.

"Can you play," I asked as I turned my attention towards the game? I couldn't say I knew what was happening with the game since I never played any sports. My father never forced me to, so I never participated.

"Yeah a bit. I haven't played since I was young." I nodded in agreement and stayed silent. It wouldn't be a surprise if he played sports seeing how well built and tall he is. I wonder what other sports he's played. "Can you play?"

I looked at him, and for some reason I felt embarrassed. I wasn't like I was ever ashamed of not being able to play, but in front of him it was.

"No," I admitted nervously. That caught all of his attention and he looked directly over to me.

"You're kidding..." My face began to heat up as I stayed silent, and Ba Wei started to laugh. "Damn. What did you play then?"
