"So, have you found a reason to fight yet? Young Rian," Boris says as he stands in front of the group's bike, the lights illuminating his body and the dark surroundings of the desert.

Seiner looks at him with a long look on his face with raised eyebrows, this is something he did not see before, neither told.

"What do you mean, and who the hell are you?" he asks as he hops off the bike.

"It doesn't matter anyway, but it's Boris Macek."

"God, not this asshole again," Rian grunts as he looks away from Boris. He smirks in response to that gesture of his.

"I'd take it that he doesn't like being reacquainted with me? That's another layer of disappointment."

"Careful all of you, he's far more dangerous than you can possibly imagine. Even a mild taunt is enough to make him slaughter you all," Seung says. Rian turns around and grimaces at Seung.

"Don't give me that crap, I know what you're trying to do here. You think that I'm some weak little kid that needs your protection. Suits like you are typically worth jackshit in protection anyway."

"But he saved Seiny's life!" Tany insists. Seiner merely scoffs in response to that.

"Still fortunate to be caught up in the nick of time anyway." Boris then approaches them, his right arm still cloaked in the jacket itself. The team holds their weapons yet do not raise them, still in vigilance.

"Hm, Rian doesn't have a lot of respect for people that he doesn't know. Still, he's not wrong here. Leaders are all wise yet have no gut when it comes to fulfilling their promises. It doesn't matter the kind of leader, they're all the same type."

"Not like I ever cared to hear you out anyway. I've heard enough of this self-righteous crap to last me a lifetime, and you better make sure you don't make it repeat it like last time" Rian says, still facing away from Boris.

"First off... Rian, how did you meet him?" Seung asks.

"I wandered off after venting with some other self-righteous dogs in leashes like these two here back in California. The rest of my teammates died from corrupt officers so that didn't help a bit either. He followed and asked me tons of things, even in that if I really have nothing to fight for. I told him off saying that I've got one thing to fight for, but that doesn't mean I'm willing to support the system or that they're going to listen to me even if I do fight."

"That's all? You didn't ask him anything else or ignore him?" Seung asks.

"No, what else is there? Yet based on what he said, that cause is worth jackshit anyway," Rian says as he looks back at Boris. The look on his face is still that of indifference, eyes not changing in any form.

"Then you haven't changed a bit, Rian. Same, stubborn fool you were before."

"That's what I'd expect from you."

"I see...and he just stabbed you like a poor bastard?" Rian points at his abdomen where the bandage is located.

"It certainly looks wide to come up from a sword. Just what did he wield?"

"Care for a demonstration?" Boris says as he removes part of his right arm from his jacket, revealing a steel arm with a human hand coated in black skin below the elbow. The limb is coated with a black, glossy finish that sharply contrasts the arm, like an elegant bracelet.

"They gave this to me, a piece of perfection unlike any other, which is fitting, none of us ever made a piece of perfection because of ourselves." His arm starts to shift into many pieces, with pieces separating and attaching from each to reveal an empty arm, until a blade emerges from the hole, a large and flat blade that has a slight glow of pale yellow with a red sheath. The weapon is long and bulky, contained within the arm. The blade is primarily pure white, with a tinge of red that can be seen as a reflection. He swings the blade a bit, as the heroes look with long stares. Of all the modifications the Zlocu could create, it comes to this.
