10 minutes later.

Seiner shuts the door of the room, sealing it as tight as he can with the key, and right after that, he slams his fist on it, hard enough to make it vibrate for a bit, his hands still clenched into fists, trembling too. He then moves further into the room, reaching near the window until he takes a sudden turn on his left, then further to the right while avoiding many of the objects on the tables around. This back-and-forth feels like he's running in circles, lost in thoughts over what just happened between him and Tany.

Damn it, goddamn it, why?!

Before he can even try to settle down, he glances at one of the drones placed on the table, the same one he built to map the remaining territories in Los Angeles. This mere sight makes him wince for a bit as he lets out a deep sigh too before slamming it back onto the table. Celina's words echo way too deep into every corner of his body, from the coldest circuits of his brain to the beating pulses of an aching heart. Unable to sit down, it's as if there's something that wants to tell him what to do.

Yet, what about the ongoing operation? Is there anything to correct or map out? Encounter a new type of strategy? Thoughts race through his mind, something to shake off this unbearing uncertainty plaguing him. Physically fine, he can be. But mentally fine? That's the most concerning question for him ever since that time with Celina.  Like a fly near the nose, no matter how much you try to swat it away with your own hands or even a blow from the mouth, it would never seems to go away near you, not for a time.

As he sinks his face with his hands, he eventually sits down in one of the beds nearby, still breathing heavily as he covers his face. Even if he locked it so he wouldn't get disturbed, the fear still remains inside, no matter how much he tries to seal himself from it.

She is wrong, I can feel it... She doesn't know a damn thing about me...! Wait...

Seiner finally releases himself from his hand, glancing upward at the dimly lit ceiling in the room, the light reflected on his bright, amber eyes in every way that can be seen.

Then, his pocket vibrates for a bit, which pulls him out of his gazing up at the ceiling as he reaches for it. He grabs the item in question, a phone, with the words showing Tany's number. A phone call for Seiner already? Isn't it too early? Seiner lets out a sigh before pressing a key that gives an option of "Leave a message". He presses it, which ends Tany's call while allowing him to record his, sighing once more as he stutters a bit in forming his own words.

"Tany... I'm seriously not in the mood right now. I have told you that keeping up with that joy of ours is already getting on my nerves. I don't care if it's an apology party, an apology gift, or even just an apology drink for me, I really don't want you to talk to me right now. I'm in need of a moment of solitude because... because..." Seiner lets out a sigh before continuing. "I really want to be alone right now, that's all I'm asking for."

Unknown to him, four certain individuals are outside eavesdropping near the door. The four Crusaders that is, still with their jumpsuits as they lean close to the door, listening to every word Seiner says.

Kamis lets out a shrug as he scratches his head. "Man, he really is dragging the mere definition of 'go away', I think he's being honest at all."

"Well, it was your idea to check on him. You and Rosa said that to make sure that Seiner didn't really mean what he said to her back then, we could do a little spying while he's away. And well, to be perfectly honest with you, I'm even so confused if he really wants to say sorry to her now," Andreas adds while adjusting his glasses. Rosa merely nods in agreement, given that she was the one who first found Tany when Seiner left her alone. And like Kamis, she wanted to make sure if what Seiner said was what he truly meant or not.
