1 hour later. Unknown Zlocan prison complex.

Back in the archives room, there's a handful of activity going on compared to the near emptiness by last time. All the personnel stationed in their posts give commands to receptors or cells from around the world to engage in new objectives. Some even check the progress of a specific operation that could be helpful for the Zlocan command in the area. All part of the work to engage in the war for Earth at a quick pace.

Nonetheless, it's not as if there's something urgent to transmit at the moment, due to the near effectiveness of the Shield of Krest in the zone. As shown by the slight smiles of most of the operators in the room, with no drinks or pills nearby on the tables to consume by now. Not to mention, a handful of chattering among some members in different corners of the room, likely from those who are not assigned to work yet. It's almost like a perfect atmosphere to relax for a few short seconds before the next big battle can begin at any time.

And yet, it's only a matter of time before the real work can begin.

The door slides open, in which Julian enters inside. Most of the circles around his eyes diminished but have not vanished yet, with a firm look on his face with a straight posture as well. His jacket is tight and firm as he observes every corner of the room while keeping his hands in his pants' pockets.  He lets out a small sigh as the mundane atmosphere continues, almost like even if there are people to see, there's still something missing, after getting the forbidden files by himself, there's no place to send them yet, not with the jamming on.

A purple-haired male Zlocan glances at him in the back, raising an eyebrow while approaching him from behind while brisk walking. Some sort of particular intent in this instance, it seems, as soon as he taps Julian's shoulder from behind, which makes him turn to face him as he slightly smiles.

"Ah, you must be Julian Garreth, son of the first Reborn, I presume?" he asks. Julian is silent for a moment, until he clears his throat and he faces him directly.

"Yes, I am certainly his own son," Julian answers back.  The Zlocan nods in response to this confirmation while keeping the distance between Julian and himself.

"I've heard that you've made some good progress lately with your skills after some days of refusal to show them at their fullest capacity. What made you change your mind?" Julian's eyes glance upwards while keeping his head firm with him.

"I woke up, just like Boris wanted me to. Honestly, never thought that you could provide some... good training sections, it seems."

"Yes, he certainly did." The Zlocan lets out a small chuckle as he observes Julian gazing around the room. "He isn't called 'The Harbinger of the sealed men" for nothing."

"Sealed men as in..."

"Those who never thought of looking for true strength to split away from the shackles of deceptions from similar weak men with sealed-off minds."

"Guess you could say that some of these people never found the strength of their own merits and relied on the validations of others instead," Julian says. His tone remains unchanged yet still refused to keep a straight glance at the Zlocan. Perhaps some form of making sure he can listen to what he would like to hear from the one related to the feared Jason Garreth.

But then, many messaging pings are heard across the room, as some of the operatives pull out either some phones or communicators from their pockets and wrists to see what they just received at the moment. As they link up the message on the main monitor, it shows a string of emails listed in random order, the majority of them being formal names without any sort of numeral or random reference. Above the list, comes a message that says the following:
