A battle like no other unfolds, and it could have not started in a better way. Yet, it sure encountered itself in the most unexpected way possible that some people could have not known in their lives. And even more noticeable when the ones who have the power to oppose those who stand against them. Together, it would be a clash like no other.

And now, in the stadium of San Diego, that will be proven.

"Hey, misters, sorry for keeping you waiting," Jackson says as he covers one of the Navigators near his back. The scientist's eyes widen over such an arrival from people like them. And before one can even react, Seiner takes out a device from his belt. It looks like a triangular-shaped button. Then he presses it and creates a large digital shield barrier. He extends it to cover the scientists as both Knights and Marines open fire at them. The impacts of both the laser bolts and bullets hit the shield, but all they do is bounce off the shield. Some landing on the ground, some even deflecting back at the attacker.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting, but there were some personal issues back home." Seiner quips near to them, earning a chuckle in response. Andrei meanwhile absorbs many of the blaster shots and even some bullets to many parts of his body. While flinching a bit, he stands his ground as he focuses his gaze on the attackers. With one sweeping motion with his right hand, he redirects the blasters and bullets back to where the attackers came from. Some harmed them enough to drop them, others avoided it within the nick of time.

"Any of you pricks want to make it easy or keep up the hard way? Because I can't tell if you're fast thinkers!" Andrei taunts as he continues to deflect each blast. Soldiers scramble to ensure that they manage to get a hang of the group who hold their ground in the barrage of fire. A group of snipers near the seats form in line and take a lock towards Seiner.

"Alright, you know how it goes, pop and we got the sucker," the Marine says to the fellow sniper.

"I'm keeping an eye on 'em..." he says as he aims steadily towards the group. He aims straight enough to reach for his trigger, but just as he does, a bullet impacts the side of his head, pushing him down to the ground as he drops the rifle.  The Marines look in the direction of the shot, coming from Sylvester himself once more. They open fire at him, but the helicopter raises shields that deflect most of the bullets in the air that do catch up to it, some do not even reach it because of the height.

"Don't tell me you got trained with peashooters over this!" Sylvester quips as he fires some more.

Jackson laughs as he provides cover fire to the group, mowing down enemies from every corner around him. Even with an extreme amount of sensory barrage to his ears, he still keeps up with his work and making sure the mission is followed in all ways possible. He then puts his hand on his ear.

"Sly, is the coast clear, over?"

"Affirmative my man, you're all set to go and give these people their next chance in life. But in any case, I'll continue providing cover from up here." The group then heads towards the exit while escorting the group of scientists away, as well as picking up the remaining G.o.D members and Mehdi's remains.

"No one else will die today, not on my watch," he says as he carries Caoimhe in his arms away from the battlefield, shooting at any side he sees as Seiner deploys more shield around them as they dash near the exit of the stadium.

"Quick shooter, uh..." she whispers.

"Right. But there's another matter to be dealt with." He eyes the figures behind his back, the sight of Logan, Amira and Lucy near the position of where the Inquisitors are. Their job may be done, but to other heroes, another part must be completed to ensure a proper outcome.
