The following link you're seeing is that of Spade Publishing, a brand new website that's dedicated to publishing Anime inspired stories, and today's the grand opening of it. I know Wattpad has a community of it, but this one, in particular, has the objective of attracting the Anime community together with those who have the talent to write their own stories that have huge inspiration from Anime, Light Novels and Manga they've seen in their lives. At the moment, there are only 7 stories available to read including mine, but more will be added in the future, as well as more features like trading cards, interviews, blog entries, etc. If we get big enough, we can even get potential translations of other manga and Light Novels that aren't officially translated yet.
In any case, let's hope you get to enjoy this site that may start a new chapter for the Worldwide Anime community. Hope you enjoy it!
