There it was. The nostalgic feeling that I was craving for. I spent the last month at Malfoy Manor, only craving to go back to my second home. To complete my education, to complete my goal. The train emerged from the tunnel, throwing white smoke and whistling.

I had my fingers intertwined with Draco's. He squeezed my hand a little, trying to let me know that he was as excited as I was, to return to Hogwarts. This would be like a new beginning for all of us. Where there is no fear of Voldemort, where now, we had to worry about our assignments and exams, not Death Eaters. I went to Mum, Dad and the others. I hadn't been to my house in a month and was now directly leaving for Hogwarts.

I bid them goodbye and went back to Draco, who was now hugging his mother. Everyone around the Malfoy family, seem to glare at them. Even when they did right, they weren't still accepted. When Draco's father would come home from the Ministry, he would always complain about how his co-workers treated him badly after the war. He even thought about quitting a few times. But to encourage Draco to be a successful man, he continued.

"Olivia, can I talk to you?" he said when I pulled away from hugging Narcissa.

"Sure, Mr. Malfoy" I said sweetly and the pair of us went away from the other.

"Erm..." he said looking at me and then around us. He was uncomfortable, I could see. We haven't had a proper conversation ever. We only used to talk when we all were together. This was the first time; I was talking to him alone. I didn't know what to say or what he wanted to say. There was an awkward moment between us before he laid his eyes back to me.

"I know, I wasn't always the best to you, back in the time or even when you were at the Man-" he said guiltily but I cut him off.

"Mr. Malfoy, there's no need to feel bad or apologize" I said softly, clutching my bag in my hand.

"Right, Narcissa told me everything about how you helped Draco, when I was in Azkaban. The cabinet, Liquid Luck, how you kept his secret, everything. So, I just wanted to tell-" and with that he did something, I never thought he even did with Draco.

He hugged me. I was still holding my bag in my hands. I didn't know what to do. My eyes scattered around to see who was looking at us. And everyone was. Each and every pair of eyes were on us. A few could listen and a few couldn't. But they all, sure as hell, could see.

"Thank you, for taking care of my son, when no one was by his side" he said and I dropped my bag and awkwardly wrapped my arms around him.

I am a nice person; I wasn't just going to leave him hanging. Hurting people was never in me. No matter how harsh they were, I would always find it in my heart to forgive them or apologize.

"Don't worry, Mr. Malfoy. I am always there. And not just for him. For Mrs. Malfoy and you as well" I said and he pulled away. He smiled.

And it was like he then realized what he did. Not just to me. But also, in front of everyone. He looked around to see shocked faces. He cleared his throat and looked at Draco and Narcissa. They had huge smiles on their faces. He looked back at me and I gave him a warm smile.

"Right" he said clearing his throat again, "Miss Montgomery" he added and walked back to his family. I picked up my bag and Draco walked to me.

"Okay, so, I am happy my father did that" he said taking the bag from my hand.

Such a gentleman.

"But what the fuck was that?" he questioned making me giggle.

Before I could answer, Ron interrupted us, "Take all the luggage you want to, Malfoy. She's sitting with us" he said putting an arm around me.
