"Kya? Bhai apne sach me gaa diya?" Ayesha asked.

"Han. Us waqt to maine socha, abhi nahi to kabhi nahi." Aadil looked at his wife who was beet red in her seat.

"You're so embarrassing." Khadeeja playfully nudged Aadil's arm.

"Waah bhabhi, ap to bohot hi lucky hain." Asim said. "Humare bhai apne school time ke loner they. Ladkiyo se flirt to dur bat bhi nahi karte thy. Apne to sach me jadu kar diya tha." He laughed.

"Aur jaise tumne Ayesha ko love letters nahi likhe college me." Khadeeja teased.

"Ary to mai to use ek saal se janta tha. Bhai to bade hi chupe rustom nikle." Asim replied.

"Ab yaar kya karen. Tumhari bhabhi hain hi aisi." Aadil said.

"Lekin fir apka kya reaction tha?" Ayesha asked Khadeeja.

"Mai to uss time bohot khush hona chahti thi but mai nahi hui." Khadeeja replied.

"Hain kyu?" Asim asked.

"Inhe lag raha tha ke bas mai avain hi ga raha hun. Bas inse flirt kar rahaa hu." Aadil replied.

"Haan to obviously mujhe to yahi laga ke haan fan samjh ke ga rahe hain. Who would've thought ke he's literally meaning it." Khadeeja said.

"Sahi bat hai mai bhi aisa hi sochti." Ayesha said. "Acha fir kya hua?"

"Fir kya kuch bhi nahi." Khadeeja said.

"Kuch bhi nahi?" Asim inquired.

"Haan mere manager ka call aya. Usne kaha ke wo hotel ke restaurant me mera wait kar raha hai schedule discuss karne ke liye to we said our goodbyes and then mai chala gaya." Aadil said.

"To apne bhabhi ka number, address kuch liya ya fir aise hi chale gaye?"

"Aise hi chala gaya."

"Ooo bhai. Jab itni himmat karke flirt karliya tha to number bhi maang lete." Asim face palmed.

"Aagy sunna hai?" Aadil asked.

"Haan, sorry continue."

Aadil's P.O.V

"Sorry, I gotta go." I said as I stood up.

"It's totally fine. It was such a pleasure meeting you." She stood up as well.

"Likewise and I'll see you at the arena?" I asked walking out.

"I will be there but I don't know if you'll be able to see me in the crowd." She smiled leaning on the door.

"You bet I will." I smiled.

"Bye Aadil."

"Bye Khadeeja."

With that I walked away.

The next day I arrived at the place I was performing. I've never been anxious to perform but today felt different. I felt jittery all of a sudden, just at the thought of her seeing me perform. I hope I see her.

Khadeeja's P.O.V

I walked inside the stadium where the concert was held. I made my way towards my seat which was in the left corner in the front. I hope he sees me. As I waited for him to come out on to the stage, I chuckled to myself as I remembered the conversation I had with my brother yesterday after Aadil left.

"Tum jhoot bol rahi ho." My brother said.

"Ary kasam se. I met him. Unhone Meri journal bhi sign kari." I squealed.

"Kitna phek rahi ho, Khadeeja." Bhai said.

"Mat maano aur jalo. But sach to sach hai." I teased.

" Kaash mere exams nahi hote to mai bhi ajata tumhare sath." He whined while I laughed at his reaction.

Soon loud screams were heard pulling me out of my thoughts and I realised that he has arrived. I shouted his name loudly along with others, while he welcomed his fans, including me.

He looked to his right and then left as if he was looking out for someone and for a moment I felt as if his our gaze met, but I shrugged it off thinking it was my imagination, cause that only happens in books.

He started with his first song, AADAT, which is my absolute favourite but his every song is my favourite. The crowd kept on screaming and he kept running all around and singing without missing a single note. As soon as the song ended the crowed got quiet and he started speaking,

"Log mujhse puchte hain, ap sirf romantic gaane kyun gaate hain? Aur mera jawab hamesha, hamesha yahi rehta hai." He panted, "jab logo ka patch up hone wala hota hai then they listen to my song and aur jab unka breakup hone wala hota hai then they listen to my song. So you know, I'm pretty much there." He grabbed his guitar, "So think about your first love and enjoy this song." He began strumming to the beat of "HONA THA PYAAR"

Hona tha pyaar
Hua mere yaar
Hona tha pyaar
Hua mere yaar
Aaye Nazar chehre hazaar.

He kept looking at the left side where I was standing I felt I'm dreaming. Because he's surely not singing it for me. A part of me wanted to believe that he is.

I didn't know why but every lyric he sang was hitting a little different today. I've seen his concerts before, those songs always felt like was singing them wholeheartedly, but today it felt as if he wants to say something but he's unable to.

Ek ajnabi sa chehra rehta hai meri nazar mein
Ek dard aake thehra din raat dard e jigar me
Jaagi hai kaise talab yeh
Ye aarzoo hai ajab si
Lekin kisi ko batana nahi.
.
.
.
Betaabiyan hain pal pal
Chaya ye kaisa nasha hai
Khamosiyon me sada hosh bhi gumshuda hai
Dar dar kahan ghumta hai
Masti mein kyu jhoomta hai
Deewaane dil ne jaana nahi.

I was lost in my thoughts I didn't notice the song ended. Then he sang song after song and I couldn't help but fall in love more, each time he hit that high note. Then the last song came, he was very tired at the end so he sat down, like literally sat in front of me and I thought my heart was going to explode at the rate it was beating.

Bakhuda tumhi ho
Har jagh tumhi ho
Jiski khwahish hai humko
Wo panha tum hi ho
Ye jahan tum hi ho
Wo jahan tum hi
Iss Zameen se falak ke darmiyaan tumhi ho.
