Chapter 15 ~ Magic Training

"So? What is your excuse?"

Mia looked down on Leon, intimidatingly, while wrapping her arms around the sobbing Lily. 

Leon knew why such scene would cause a misunderstanding. However, why was Lily's reaction this drastic?

He wondered about it for a moment before Mia's glare reminded him that he needed to fix the misunderstanding.

"I would like it if you listen to my explanation rather than asking for my excuse."

Leon said in a calmly as he proceed on explaining the situation.

"Like I said, when I was asleep, Charlotte snuck into my bed. I was just as confused as Lily when she came to my room this morning."

"Heh~ So this cute young girl just decided to slip into your bed naked without you knowing at the dead of night? Is that what I'm hearing? Huh?"

Mia's stare got colder and colder by the second.

"...I don't feel like this is going anywhere. Charlotte, can you introduce yourself to them and explain what happen this morning?"

"Yes master."

""Master?""

"Greetings. My name is Charlotte. I am the servant of my Master, Leon Misteltein. I indeed get on Master's bed last night. I thought being awaken by a beautiful young girl would be pleasurable to men, thus I took off my clothes in hopes to please him."

"P-PLEASE HIM?!"

"So you did do something with her!"

"Weren't you hearing what she said? She never said anything about actually doing it."

Lily, who was crying a few moments and hiding her face in Mia's clothes, peaked at Leon.

"S-So you didn't do anything with her?"

"No. I understand that the scene you saw would cause such misunderstanding, but please believe in me. I have done nothing to Charlotte."

Lily sniffed and calmed down after sighing a breath of relief after hearing Leon's words.

"So you said your name is Charlotte right? And you are Leon's servant?"

Rafael asked.

"Yes, that is indeed correct."

"So what do you do? Are you going to do housework?"

"That is not all, I will also assist Master during battles. In fact, that is my primary duty."

"Wait. Battles? Are you a magician or something? I don't see any weapons on you."

Mia, now seated, asked in shock.

"I am merely assisting Master. I command various support magic such as strength, defense, agility and other enhancing magic spells in addition to various defensive spells and enemy debuffing spells."

"Wow!"

All three of them expressed their astonishment to such a skilled magic user.

"You command all those magic?! And you are still a little girl?!"

Charlotte who wore an expressionless face until now pouted at Mia's comment.

"Although I look like this, I am 15 year old."

"EH? You are already an adult?"

This time, Leon also voiced his surprise along with the others.
