Chapter 108.2 ~ Aftermath

Morning comes. After having breakfast with Aria, Iris, and his friends, a knight came bringing a short report to Leon from Silverio, informing him of a meeting with the Prime Minister and the King.

"What is it, darling?"

Freya asked. Everyone, who was having their after breakfast tea, turned their attention towards Leon who just finished reading the report.

"I'll be meeting his majesty, Sir Darius and Mr. Silverio. It seems they've decided on the sentence for the slave traders and the mercenary guards."

"Oh, that was fast."

"Yes. Sir Darius seems to have prepared for it even before the operation began. He had expected for us to succeed, so him and his majesty have prepared a suitable punishment for them."

"Hehe, there have been a lot of things that my father is preparing for because he believes in you Leon. He even made sure to do some work in advance and open up his schedule this soon to visit your company's grand opening. Mother, brother and Iris's parents seem to have also done the same."

"I see. Then I will work my hardest to meet their expectations."

"Hehe, I'm sure you will surpass it, Leon."

Aria smiled brightly at him. She had no doubt that Leon would meet and even surpass their expectations. They've heard about Leon's company from Vyra, Freya, Victoria, Mia, and Charlotte. And all they couldn't even describe how amazing the impact it would create on the whole world. It was truly something that could revolutionize magic technology in the world. If people could purchase and use such incredible daily life magic devices they saw in Leon's mansion in their household, it would improve their lives drastically.

It would stimulate the economy, new innovations, inspire new inventions, increase citizen's purchasing power, improve citizen's welfare and health, and overall improving everyone's livelihood.

Aria was worried that it would invite enmity towards Arcland from other kingdoms and nations if the only one who has easy access to such revolutionizing products was Arcland. But turns out, she doesn't need to worry since Leon had already prepared for that.

Leon had begun planning for other branches of his company in Bestia, and later on, other kingdoms as well. As his objective was to increase the livelihood and magical technology of other nations as well, becoming an international company was something he had intended and have been preparing for since the start.

Aria and Iris was truly amazed when they heard about the scope of Leon's plan. They couldn't believe that Leon have been doing all these preparations while also working in the academy and investigating the dark monster. They feel very proud and amazed, and fell in love with Leon all over again. Even amidst such busyness, he still made time to be with them and make them feel so loved and pampered. He was truly a dream come true.

"Thank you, Aria. Then, I'll be going."

Leon stood up from his seat and kissed Freya, Vyra, Lily, Aria, and Iris on their foreheads and went to the meeting room.
