Chapter 35 ~ The Sudden Confession

AN: Phew, thank God for stockpiles~ I have one more chapter stockpiled for next Sunday and am writing a new one but... Uni life is... Yeah... 

On a brighter note, Today and tomorrow is off days for me (Though had to go to uni again on Saturday feels bad man...) so I'll definitely make some progress on these chapters~ Oh, please vote and put on your comments for this chapter! I love reading you guy's comments XD Hope you enjoy this one!

The day in Lingenia started with a busy morning.

Merchants opened their shops early so they could be ready for business faster. There were also many street vendors who were already setting up their shops on the side of the street to make sure they got the most strategic spot.

There were many types of products available ranging from weapons, accessories, souvenirs, various types of foods and drinks and many others, all sold at a reasonable price.

The best spots for these street vendors were the spots where many people gather such as the street where the Adventurer's Guild is located in.

There were many adventurers going in and out of the Guild building to take on quests, searching for party members or just hanging out with their fellow adventurers. In addition, the adventurers who just completed a quest would have money on their pockets ready to be spent. Thus, the streets near the Adventurer's Guild were always packed with street vendors.

Today as well, the street vendors have taken the good spots near the Adventurer's Guild early in the morning. People other than adventurers would also gather there since it was a place where there were a lot of variety of products with the most reasonable price. As such, the street became busy and noisy with the sound of vendors advertising their products, negotiating prices and people talking with each other.

Right now, the street was also bustling with noise, but not because of their usual business. They were gasping and whispering to each other with flushed faces. Sometimes even women shrieking could be heard. They were all staring at the man and the woman walking through the street.

The man was tall and slender, but didn't give off a weak appearance. His toned body was wearing an elegant silver overcoat which matched his silver hair. He wore an eyepatch but his other blue eye could still drown the female hearts.

The woman could only be described as a Goddess. Her golden hair flowed smoothly to her waist and the sight of her bewitching emerald eyes was more beautiful than any jewels. Her pure white dress accentuated her voluptuous body which no men nor women could take their eyes off. What's more, her gentle smiling face was the very picture of a kind and pure saint.

At first, the townspeople who laid their eyes on them thought that they were high ranked nobles who came to town based on their appearance and demeanor. However, they realized that the man was equipped with two sabers while the woman was holding a staff. In addition, they weren't wearing any sorts of uniform. The only people who wielded weapons and weren't wearing uniforms were adventurers. However, they still couldn't believe that they were adventurers. Their looks alone could bring them fortune, so there was no need to risk their lives with a dangerous job.

As if trying to prove them wrong the couple went towards the Adventurer's Guild building and entered. They were incredibly stupefied, but still thought that maybe they went there just to post a request or something. Then they remembered a certain adventurer's party who saved them and their city and was hailed as heroes. They were also all incredibly attractive, especially the young man titled [Dark Hero]. Suddenly, it became more believable that they were in fact adventurers and wondered what was happening with the sudden increase of handsome and beautiful looking people becoming adventurers.
