Chapter 55 ~ Sightseeing the Royal Capital

After they were done eating, Leon and the others went to the Blue Meridian to rent several rooms.

As expected of the guild master's recommendation, the Blue Meridian provides great service and comfortable clean rooms for a reasonable price. There are several adventurers that could be seen in the inn hall, but there are also merchants or travelers there.

Since it is a above average establishment, the adventurers and other people dress politely unlike the adventurers who stayed in cheap inns. Though since they most adventurers here are above C rank, it was not that surprising.

However, it seems that they still like to whisper and talk about Leon and the others who just entered. Though since the girls in Crimson Lightning are incredibly beautiful, it was very justifiable. Most men there even began to stare at Freya, the goddess like beauty who was walking beside Leon.

"Hah... you attract a lot of attention as usual huh."

As a beautiful girl in her own right, but certainly not commanding such presence, Mia couldn't help but sigh in appreciation.

"I hate it. The only one who can look at me like that is darling."

Freya said so resolutely.

"Welcome to the Blue Meridian. How many nights would you like to stay? One room for two per night including dinner will be 1 silver."

The female receptionist greeted Leon and the others as they approach the counter.

"We would like to rent 4 rooms for 7 nights please."

"I understand. That would be 2 golds and 8 silvers. These are the keys to the rooms and the safe in your rooms. Please do not lose it."

"Thank you very much."

Though there isn't a need to drop off their luggage, Leon and the others decided to rest a bit then continue walking around town later.

Mia and Rafael decided to go together after a while to visit the shops their teacher told them about.

"I-Is it a date?!"

""Who would with this musclehead/shorty!""

""What did you say?!""

All of them knew they get along really well and really close, so seeing them like this puts a smile on their faces.

Although they deny it, everyone else hold it in their heart that it was actually a date.

Alex on the other hand was going to look around on his own. He said he wanted to sightsee the places in royal capital without dragging down his master but Charlotte revealed his real intention which was to pick up girls.

Freya wanted to go on a date with Leon but since Charlotte, Vyra and Lily oppose to it, they ended up going together.

"Let's look for sweets master~"

"Char, this is my date with darling! Let's go to shopping instead, darling! I saw a lot of clothes that might look good on you!"

"F-Freya! It's not a date between you and my liege! How can you drag him around that?!"

"L-Let's just look for sweets and walk around okay, everyone?"

"I agree with Lily. But before that, can we visit a magic store first? I need to buy a taming scroll for these two cubs."
