"so you're friends with benefits?" haylee concludes making lex throw the pillow at her friend making her erupt in hysterics. lex threw another pillow making haylee snap back and throw one back at her, "okay, okay, so what are you guys?" she asked again as she watched lex grab a handful of chips in her hands and slowly shove a dorito in her mouth.
"i don't know, i like him a lot i guess and he's been patient and- i don't know." she sighed and haylee nodded understanding.
"ask him out." haylee added excitedly making lex shake her head, "oh come on! woman up!"
"haylee no!" lex groaned, "that's bold, and we all know i'm not bold." she concluded making haylee nod in agreement. lex once got so nervous while at the gym because there was an attractive male next to her that she ended her workout early and left.
"then i can tell mike to ask you out, then." haylee smirked and lex threw a pillow at her telling to not instigate anymore.
"if mike wants to ask me out, he can."
"oh trust me, he does!"
