Interesting.
The darkness marked my mistake but I didn't say it was negligible. The failure turning into a blessing. The gods were by my side. I lost four years tracking the wrong prey.
But she came home alone.
My interpretation was wrong.
Even blindly, I brought her to us.
If it was not for the alluring white coat the little Alpha girl inherited, we wouldn't have our target.
The girl looked more like a golden retriever than a white wolf. Nothing happened when she met her mate.
It wasn't her the blessed child.
However, the brown-haired woman, unleashed the beast she kept hidden. Shredding to pieces my best men.
At least they didn't die in vain.
They spotted her for me.
She will bring us salvation. The salvation of our species.
God gift to us mortal:
A blessing for the virtuous,
An instrument for the wicked.
Her given mate will awaken her given beast.
At that time, it will be the end or the beginning.
The downfall of our world,
Or the salvation of our species,
Only her choices could decide.
Lost or won, the battle will be a slaughter.
Death will welcome evil as well as good at its home.
Who would have thought that some lycan gene could be revived by our dear mother, moon Goddess?
A mother was supposed to love her children equally but she sure had her preference.
I won't judge a mighty God.
Only deity could have brought me my instrument. A really young one, fresh and eatable.
However, I couldn't strike, she needed her mate.
He shouldn't be far. She could feel it unconsciously.
