As Dogday was working on Hoppy's chest, carefully sewing it back up, he hadn't noticed the red poppy gas that was infiltrating the room. All too late he realized that the room was starting to get a red hue. 'Oh no..' he thought as he tried the doors, but they were locked automatically. His eyes widened as he turned around and saw a bunch of scientists come in, taking Hoppy's body, and with long tubes they sprayed Dogday with the poppy gas knocking him out yet again.
Outside the hallway everything was silent, even with the pounding at the door nobody could hear it due to the fact they were all talking over each other after Catnap had said he wanted answers and started to run at the door, his fellow Smiling Critters holding him back. His eyes widened as he saw a bit of red gas seep out from under the door. "Guys stop! Dogday is in trouble!" Catnap tried to tell the others, but nobody believed him as he kept trying to point of the red mist infiltrating the whole hallway. "GUYS PLEASE..!!!" it was too late, Catnap watched as his friends all fell asleep, and he was left alone with Sunshine and Moonlight. "Oh no.." he slammed against the doors hoping he would somehow get inside, but to no avail as the doors held firmly shut. "Dogday!!!" yelled Catnap as everything went silent.
