As breakfast was over and done with Frowny made his way upstairs and walked into Dogday's bedroom where the cat and dog duo sat on the ground speaking to each other, when they noticed Frowny walk in they smiled up at him. "Obedience chip?" they both said together making Frowny Fox freeze in place. "How did you-" he asks but Dogday interrupted him "we all been there, well.. just Catnap and I, he knows how to take it out if you want it out" at that Frowny had to think. "If.. if it's gone, I would be able to express my feelings, and smile, but... that's the opposite of.. me" he kept thinking and pacing in front of the two Smiling Critters. "You don't have to, but the burning will hurt, and the more it burns your neck, the more risk you have to going mute as it burns your vocal cords" Catnap explains making Frowny's eyes widen. "I.. I think I will" said Frowny as Catnap walks over and gets Frowny to sit in front of him, with his back facing the cat. "Ow.." Frowny says as Catnap apologizes every time he accidentally hurt the fox. Finally the chip was out, and Frowny was free to express how he felt with the others, he curled up on the ground holding his neck a bit he then smiles up at the two thanking them for allowing him to express himself. "No problem Frowny" the two said smiling as Frowny got up and smiles for a bit before frowning again. "You okay?" asked Dogday, Frowny nods "Yeah, just need a bit of time to get used to showing my emotions without the burning pain" he said as he gets up slowly. "Well, we should get to the school, and I'll be able to express my feelings towards the kids instead of making them upset with my frown" Frowny said giving them a small smile as Catnap and Dogday both agreed and walked back downstairs to meet everyone as they were at the door talking about what they were going to teach today. "If there are any issues at school, let any of us know, and we will deal with whatever you can't deal with, okay?" Dogday said to Frowny making the fox feel happy knowing that someone seemed to care about him. He nods his head and they're all off to school.
