Namjoon shrugged.
Namjoon: I mean... what you're saying is true, but also rather unimportant, in my opinion. What the other person thinks shouldn't matter when you're thinking about how you think of them, should it?
Jisoo frowned.

Jisoo: Why wouldn't it matter? If the person doesn't like you in that way, then there isn't any point figuring things out since it won't work out any way, am I wrong?
Namjoon frowned.
Namjoon: But your feelings are yours, and his feelings are his. You can't prevent your heart from feeling a certain way, and neither can he. But at least if you know your feelings, you're able to convey them and perhaps, he might change his mind.
Jisoo shook her head.
Jisoo: I think I rather not.
Namjoon: So you rather keep your little crush to yourself than let the person know?
Jisoo nodded.
Jisoo: That has always been what I've done. I rather keep my feelings to myself than be rejected. If I'm not a 100% sure that the person doesn't reciprocate my feelings, I don't confess, ever.
Namjoon gasped.
Namjoon: Really?
Jisoo laughed.
Jisoo: Yeah. You're not like that?
Namjoon nodded.
Namjoon: I'm quite the opposite really. I always let the person I like know how I feel, that way I can live without regrets.
Jisoo: Don't you feel bad though? If they reject you?
Namjoon: It does feel bad, who wouldn't feel bad after getting rejected? But after a while, it heals. And I feel way better than I would have if I were to bottle things up in my heart.
Jisoo nodded slowly.
Jisoo: I guess... I'll never have that courage.
Namjoon pursed his lips.
Namjoon: But... I guess in this programme you won't really need that.
Jisoo raised her eyebrows.
Namjoon: Like... we aren't even allowed to express our feelings out loud to the person we like, are we? It's against the rules.
Jisoo shrugged.
Jisoo: Rules are rules, but from our actions, everyone can probably tell who has feelings for them, am I right? Then the messages we receive at night just confirm it.
Namjoon's eyes widened.
Namjoon: You can do that?
Jisoo laughed.
Jisoo: I mean, isn't it pretty obvious? To me, at least, it is.
Namjoon thought for a while.
