Ayame watched kyojuro's stamina steadily begin to fade away as he started to take damage.
"Kyojuro!"
She whispered watching as he took a blow to the stomach, soon followed by a crushed eye. Ayame felt her heart rate increase with every clash of their attacks, her mind urged her to move but Kyojuro's words blinded her down like chains.
"Did he do it? Did he win?"
Inosuke shouted watching as kyojuro stand there with a blade lowered, only to notice droplets of blood dripping down to his feet, and akaza in peek condition despite his multiple blows. Kyojuro started to reach his limit as he stood there panting trying to catch his breath with an intense stare, with only the thought that Ayame has not been discovered to be relieved about.
After a minute of rest his aura burned even stronger than before as he changed his form.
"I... I will fulfill my duty! I will not allow anyone here to die!"
He shouted loud enough for his words to reach ayame's ears as she realized what he was about to do, "kyojuro don't you dare!"
She thought praying he doesn't go through with what she thought he was about to do, but her prayers weren't answered as he prepared for a final attack with all his remaining strength.
Clenching her fist and teeth she made up her mind.
"Aahhh screw it"
She thought standing up she took a step breaking the chains from her promise that prevented her from intervening, she ran as fast as she could towards them making a quick stop by zenitsu who layed unconscious with nezuko in his arms.
"Sorry I will be borrowing this"
She whispered grabbing his sword as she pulled it out of its sheath, passing by tanjiro and Inosuke who were focused on the fight.
"Ayame san? W-wait!"
Tanjiro shouted
"Ninth form! Rengoku!"
"Destructive death annihilation type!"
They charged towards each other but moments before they made contact they were interrupted by a voice if a woman.

A sword flew in between them stabbing into the soil below, kyojuro stopped in his tracks with akaza backing up with a flip. Ayame then landed on top of the katana with a cold stare as the wind blew.
