We had rented a room in the local Inn which went by the name of Saint Michel Inn. It was an average location and was well decorated thought the pain looked a little faded but it managed to do what it was built for and that is to be lodging for travelers.

I was seating upon one of the bed. I had taken off my cloak and my boots and was simply dressed in my high collar shirt and shorts. I had my legs crossed as I checked RuneSave for damage that had been done to it.

I glanced at the window noticing that it was pitch black outside and it may have been a good idea to save the monster for tomorrow considering how little light they were when we had arrived. Getting lost in a mountain is not the best idea considering the Mountain Vulcans they are everywhere and not to say the other monsters that inhabited it.

Smiling lightly, I stood up and gave my sword a few swings before placing it back into the shaft it came from before placing it on the ground beside my bed and at that time, Lucy opened the door stepping out of the bath.

She only had a towel on her voluptuous body and I couldn't help but stare. The anime really didn't do this girl justice with her looks and the way her blonde hair fell upon her shoulder and the soft relaxed look that was upon her face. She was seriously pretty.

"Now this was a relaxing bath," she said letting out a soft sigh.

"You looked like you needed it," I told her.

Lucy glanced at me and grinned.

"Well you can go in now."

I made my way pass her and stepped inside the bathroom closing the door behind me. I removed my shirt and my bra letting my hair fall down on my back and gave the mirror a glance. My own reflection stared back at me but what really drew my attention was the absence of the black stigma that had marked my face for the past number of years.

I blinked to myself as I touched the cheek it was on and I could feel nothing but smooth unblemished skin.

Well, what do you know. The potion actually worked.

I admired myself for a few more minutes doing numerous poses in front of the mirror before an exciting and happy laugh escaped from my lips. I couldn't help but be happy thought it didn't mean that I was about to show my face to the world.

They like me as the mysterious and masked Golden Angel of Phantom Lord...but this time, I will be the mysterious and masked Golden Angel of Fairy Tail. Kakashi Hatake, whenever you are if you actually exist, I'll be taking a leaf out of your book.

Still smiling happily, I put myself naked and walked toward the bath to take a shower letting the warm water glide across my skin…thought my attention was drawn toward the scar that I had upon my shoulder…but I simply looked away from it and continued to take a shower.

Then when I was done, I redressed myself and made my way back into the room.

Lucy was already on her own bed, and she was writing into a small black book and she looked up at my entrance.

"What are you writing there?"

"Oh, nothing," she said closing the book with her pen inside.

I didn't pry, but I made my way toward the bed beside hers and lied down upon it.

"You were right," I told her, "This is a well deserved rest and considering how dark it is outside, we would have been lost on that mountain."

Lucy had a proud look upon her face.

"I do have some good idea here and there," she said with a small laugh.

"Yeah," I told her, "Thought Lucy there is something I wanted to ask you."
