More infromation about L you all seem to be asking.

Wow double update. I just wanted to get this out of the way.

Ok, let me elaborate on a few things.

I know literally everything about this boy. Like ask me anything and I'll know it.

Now let's talk about how weird L is.

In my canon things about L people seem to forget most I mentioned he doesn't bathe like a normal fucking human being.

While it has been shown he can tolerate baths he still doesn't like them.

So how does he stay clean?

Well... let's look at L file 15.

I tend to ignore this for my oneshots bc you know... shower sex is hot.

Also while I'm at it, this boy also can't dress himself.

I mean, he probably can, but just can't be bothered.

When I say L is a handful, I mean it. Taking care of L would be literally so draining.

A a lot of that may have to do with his mental health issues or something, I'm not sure. But we all know L's a bit weird.

BUT WE LOVE HIM REGARDLESS.

Would I take care of L? I mean, it'd be hard work, so maybe it'd drain me enough to get my sleep back.

You see this is the thing, people seem to overlook all of this stuff. The fact is - L has issues, L had a fucked childhood, just because L's cute doesn't mean he'd be the best husbando ever. I mean, I think he would, but my point is L is a very damaged person who really needs a strong support figure who can understand his quirks and knows that he's not all sunshine and rainbows.

What L needs is a very, VERY understanding person. I usually ignore a few of his things in my oneshots just to make them work, but I have plans for a oneshot where he is 100% in character, it may be awkward, but that's just how L is. He wouldn't understand love, he'd need someone who can love him for him and who is willing to overlook his flaws and quirks to teach him how to love.

That's another think I'll mention. In all me lemons, I write him to know about sex and stuff because it's a lemon. It's meant to be smut.

But in reality, L would be absolutely clueless. Sure he knows how a baby is made and l that but he's have absolutely no idea what he's doing. Not gonna lie that's my main source for my L is a bottom Bitch theory.

My point is, if his significant other were to start acting sexually toward him, it'd go like this.

1) he wouldn't notice
2) when he eventually does, he wouldn't really understand
3) when he starts to fell all hot and stuff, he wouldn't know what to do
4) his s/o would have to take the lead
5) it'd be incredibly awkward the first time and he'd probably be a little embarrassed about it.
7) because L is L, he'd probably research it.
8) after a few more goes he may be able to try and take the lead.
9) it'd take a long time for him to feel comfortable with everything.
10) he'd also probably be very paranoid about an accidental pregnancy.

Either that or he just flat out ignores it.

He did mention when Light was looking at those porn books that 'he too did strange things at lights age' so if kind of implies that he knows what porn is and has seen it before, but it doesn't mean he knows what the hell he's doing when it comes to sex.

In order to have a relationship with L, you'd need tremendous amounts of trust and understanding, but you can't be afraid to step in and tell him off for doing something wrong. Dating L would be:

•keeping him in line
•making sure he's healthy and helping him out with things he can't do
•knowing as understanding that L can be distant and may not be all clingy and lovey-dovey
•making sure he sleeps
•telling him off when he goes too far
•knowing that he has no ill intentions but may fuck up a bit.

L is a real big handful, and sure for fanfics we can ignore a few of these things, but we can't forget who L really is.
