Ok so I've been cosplaying L for almost three years now. I've give through many wigs and many eyeliner pens doing it and here's some of what I've leaned.

It's all in the eyes.

Once you've got the wig down (I'll make a chalet about that later)

The costume is easy, literally blue jeans and a white shirt.

But it's all in the eyes.

You can conceal as usual, make that as skin clear as you can but then it gets to the eyes. So I made some charts for you.

Idk why it says bike, it's meant to say not. Fucking auto correct

The eyes is really where it's at. Those eyebags are crucial and the shape of the eye adds the depressed insomniac look.

When it comes to contour, on only really do my jaw because whole L had a sharp ass jawline, his facial shape is actually quite rounded, border lining on a shota look.

Thee most defined part is his chin and jawline, he's for very pinch-able cheeks, quite rounded

Where as his jawline is very defined

If your shirt has a low cut (unlike mine so I don't worry about this) you could also contours your collarbones because he has defined collarbones.

So that's really all I do for makeup, since my face already fits his profile a little bit, I just make adjustments.

I would like to wear coloured contacts for him but I'm yet to find some that don't hurt my sensitive eyes. So when I do, I'll make a post about them.

I'll also post about styling his wig and portraying is character, since they're very important when cosplaying L.

This part isn't makeup but is too small for its own post.

His clothes, they're so easy to find at any old shop. But I'd definitely suggest using a men's clothes in you're a girl because they are more loose fitting and give the oversized look of his clothes. Also it's wayyyy easier to sit like he does in men's jeans than women's jeans.

But just be mindful of sizes when buying men's jeans because you may make the same mistake I did, it's hard to fit them over my ass but then they're too loose around the waist. You know, because guys are built differently, it's easily fixed with a belt and all but they an bunch up at the belt sometimes and it's kinda annoying but nit a big deal. But if you want to avoid any small inconveniences like that, just be careful with sizing.

Last thing I'll say, this book has almost reached the chapter limit, so I'll be making a second one soon.

That's all for now!
